Description : The Hawaii State Department of Health (DOH), Family Health Services Division seeks to enter a contract with a qualified community-based organization to provide event coordination and management of a first time Statewide Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health Conference located on Oahu. The purpose of this conference is to gather partners, stakeholders, direct service providers who work with children ages 0 to 8. The conference aims to discuss and promote infant and early childhood mental health principles and discuss important topics related to IECMH such as trauma informed practices. 1.Assist with event coordination including securing a venue, coordinating topics, speakers and content, promoting conference, provide support for participants. 2.Assist with coordination of speakers and PMHCA participants including providing speaker honorariums, travel coordination, registration information 3.Provide evaluation of the overall event and individual presentations/speakers
