Description
The U.S. Embassy in Malaysia is seeking a venue to host 1,200+ pax in Aug 2025.
The U.S. Embassy in Kuala Lumpur is looking for a reception venue with the following requirements. All requirements are in the attached Statement of Work:
· Availability in August 2025
· Main Ballroom capacity for at least 1,200 pax cocktail reception with room for stage(s) and displays
· Ballroom and foyer space at least 12,000 sq. ft.
· Located in Kuala Lumpur Sentral
The anticipated performance period is for one day in August 2025. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which will be considered. Proposals should address all requirements in the SOW.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
