This is synopsis is ONLY A NOTIFICATION that a solicitation will be issued.CONTRACT INFORMATION: This announcement is total small business acquisition to provide Emergency Watershed Protection (EWP) - Braxton County Streambank Stabilization Project, West Virginia.Total Small Business set-aside.Place of Performance: Braxton County, West VirginiaThe North American Industrial Classification System code is 237990, which has a size standard of $45 million. A firmfixed-price contract is anticipated under Sealed Bidding procedures FAR Part 14. The contract is anticipated to be awarded in July 2025. To be eligible for contract award, a firm must be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) database. Register via the SAM Internet site at https://www.sam.gov/. No state level certifications will be accepted.PROJECT INFORMATION: The estimated magnitude for this contract is between $250,000 and $500,000. The work consists of restoring and stabilizing approximately 300 linear feet of stream channel at two sites in Braxton County, West Virginia. The contractor will install grouted rock riprap to stabilize channel banks and grade and seed disturbed areas adjacent to the channel to provide positive drainage and vegetation cover.The estimated solicitation issue date for solicitation 12FPC324B0005 is June 2025.
