NASA Headquarters has a requirement for Ex Libris Products; Alma Library Management System and Primo VE Discovery Layer.NASA Information Procurement Technology Office intends to issue a sole source contract to Clarivate Analytics (US) LLC 789 E Eisenhower Pkwy Ann Arbor, Michigan under the authority of FAR 13.501(a). It has been determined that Clarivate Analytics (US) LLC is the sole provider of this requirement.
The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12.
Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort electronically via email to tanisha.rush@nasa.gov not later than 4:00 PM CT on February 6, 2025. Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this acquisition on a competitive basis. A determination by the Government not to compete this acquisition on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.
