The Portsmouth Naval Shipyard is conducting market research to find any potential businesses that are authorized distributors of Excel Modular Scaffolding & Leasing equipment.
If this is an item, you are authorized by Excel Modular Scaffold and Leasing to provide. Please provide me with supporting documentation validating your authrorization to distribute scaffolding equipment via email no later than Friday 04/4/2025 by 11AM Eastern Time. Additionally, if you may provide a capabilities statement that would be greatly appreciated.

The market research information collected resulting from this Sources Sought Notice will be used to help the Government to identify qualified sources capable of providing applicable material under NAICS Code 332311. All interested parties are encouraged to respond. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
In accordance with FAR 15.201(e), responses to this notice are NOT deemed offers, and CANNOT be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
Only those Responders that are able to meet the following criteria should respond to this Sources Sought Notice:1. Entity is capable of meeting ALL specifications outlined in the attached DRAFT document.
