Description
This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice Only. Proposals are not being requested at this time. The intent of this contract is to provide Exclusive Use Smokejumper Flight Services in support of the Bureau of Land Management (BLM). The aircraft must meet the solicitation minimum aircraft requirements and be fully Contractor operated and maintained. The aircraft will be used for transporting and dropping smokejumpers, transporting, and dropping paracargo, reconnaissance, testing of parachutes, and other aerial equipment, transportation of personnel and cargo in support of fire suppression activities, search and rescue, natural resources missions, and other administrative and related resources activities as directed by the Government. The aircraft must meet the solicitation minimum aircraft requirements and is fully Contractor operated and maintained.
