SBA OIG is seeking an integrated curriculum to continue to build upon the SLII and SELF training programs within its training curriculum and strategic culture. Given the programs- facilitator materials, participant materials, and online courses are the intellectual property of the Blanchard Companies, OIG seeks to enter into a sole-source contract to obtain an integrated curriculum to build trust necessary to advance self-leadership, to gain an increased understanding of the principals of self-leadership within the Blanchard model, to align self-leadership with existing OIG business processes within its five Divisions, and to increase the internal customer service focus utilizing the self-leadership principals for its support functions. - Documents:
