1. Introduction.
This solicitation is issued as an Request for Quotation (RFQ).
The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-03.
This procurement is being issued on a Full and Open basis.

7. Contract Description.
Forest Inventory & Analysis (FIA) is seeking spatially explicit parcel ownership data for the US, to include spatial boundaries, property address, ownership name, mailing address and assessment information (e.g. parcel size, assessed value, recent sale dates). Our goal is to provide accurate, current ownership information to employees conducting forest research.
In accordance with Statement of Work.
8. Conditions Required for Submitting Proposal
Contractor shall comply with all of the following conditions.
Data for all lands within all 50 US states provided in ESRI GeoDatabase format with separate polygon and point files for each state. The polygon files should contain the spatial boundaries of the parcels. The point files should contain property address, ownership name, mailing address.
