- These specifications are for the drilling, construction, development, and testing of a potable water supply well, Explorer Well, and shall include, but not be limited to, site preparation including realignment of a segment of Explorer Road, conductor casing and sanitary seal, borehole drilling, geophysical logging, isolated aquifer zone testing, borehole reaming, caliper survey, casing installation, gravel envelope placement, transition and annular seal placement, well development and testing, disinfection, and/or other work as necessary to complete the project.
