This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through (FAC) 2025-04. Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Prospective vendors must be actively registered with the SAM.gov (SAM) website at http://www.sam.gov.gov.
