The U.S. Government requests companies with the proficiency and financial means to bid on the Plumbing Renovations at 2 Residential properties ( PR15341661.)
Tasks described under section 6: Project requirements.
Complete pipe work and accessory replacement throughout the residence. ALL NEW PIPE WORK TO BE DONE. All Plumbing and associated to be replaced. Exclude: Sewer line, gulleys, covers, Main water line.
Full renovations; (Pipe work, tile work, etc. full key turnover) Master bathroom. Bathroom 1. Kitchen.
Installation of two heat pump geysers and circulation pumps. (Power points excluded).
A compulsory site meeting will be held at the following address:
152 Orion str, Orion Heights complex, Sterrewag, Pretoria
Date: Wednesday, June 4th, 2025 at 11h00
Please confirm your desire to attend the site meeting to nagleym@state.gov and kriekjx@state.gov. by June 2nd, 2025.
The scope of work will be sent to you upon confirmation of attendance.
A final SOW will be sent to those attending the site meeting and a date for submission of your tender will be provided.
