Description
The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ (NAWCADLKE) intends to enter into sole source negotiations with Castle Rock Computing, Saratoga, CA, for a quantity of four (4) SNMPc Enterprise License Maintenance, P/N: S72-ENTEXT for 2025 and the following options: quantity fifty (50) for 2026, quantity fifty (50) for 2027, quantity fifty (50) for 2028 and quantity fifty (50) for 2029, in support of the Navy-s Aviation Data Management and Control System (ADMACS) program. The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 511210.
The Government does not have the detailed data rights for this effort. NAWCADLKE intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304 (C ) (1), as implemented in FAR 6.302-1. No solicitation package is available for this procurement. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal, which may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice is in accordance with FAR 5.201.
