The U.S. Embassy located in Kuala Lumpur requires Exterior Cleaning services for 1-year period at Government Owned Properties (GOPs). The Contractor shall perform Exterior services as described in this Statement of Work. Worksites include properties on compounds, townhouses and single-family homes in Kuala Lumpur. The objective of scheduled service is to maintain a clean, presentable, functional exterior area and drainage.
The period of performance shall be one (1) year after the date of Notice to Proceed. The contractor shall complete services on the schedule below. The visits must be equally spread over the course of the period of performance. The contractor cannot combine multiple site visits with a single site visit.
The Government may award the contract based on the initial offer without further discussion. The resultant contract will be a firm fixed price type contract.
The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit on August 18, 2025, at 10:00 AM Kuala Lumpur time at the U.S. Embassy Kuala Lumpur, located at 376 Jalan Tun Razak, 50400 Kuala Lumpur. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact Procurement Agent, rmuthupillaip@state.gov by August 13, 2025, at 12:00 PM to obtain additional information or to arrange entry to the building.
All contractors must be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) Database https://www.sam.gov prior to submitting an offer pursuant to FAR provision 52.204-7. Therefore, prospective offerors are encouraged to register prior to the submittal of quotations/proposals.
