- The Texas Military Department is seeking aContractor to modernize and upgrade exterior wall packs, area lighting withenergy efficient and maintenance free lighting fixtures and controls. This project will replace those lightingfixtures which are beyond their life expectancy of 15 years. Adequate andenergy efficient lighting systems are necessary to comply with provisions ofthe Executive Order 13693, Planning for Federal Sustainability in the NextDecade (ATTACHMENT G.11 - Executive Order 13693, Planning for FederalSustainability in the Next Decade) and UFC 3-530-01 Interior and ExteriorLighting Systems and Controls.This job will be at the Texas MilitaryDepartment Ellington Field at 14657 Sneider Street, Houston, TX 77034-5586
