INTRODUCTIONThe Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Performance Measurement (API-PM) within the Office of Analytics and Performance Improvement has a requirement for contract support of the External Peer Review Program (EPRP) VII.DESCRIPTIONPlease the attached DRAFT Performance Work Statement for requirement details.ADMINISTRATIVEThis is a Pre-Solicitation Notice Only and serves as the synopsis of the contract action in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.102 and FAR 5.201. A written solicitation will be issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP) conducted in accordance with FAR Parts 12 and 15. The solicitation will be competed on a full and open basis.  The NAICS Code for this procurement - 813920 Professional Organizations, size standard of $23.5 million. The Product/Service Codes is R410. Interested contractors should watch for the issuance of the solicitation which will have specific instructions and requirements associated with this procurement.
