- Executive SummaryThe Health and Human Services Commission, on behalf of its Internal Audit Division is seeking a contractor to complete an external Quality Assurance Review (QAR) on the HHS Internal Audit Division that meets the requirements of Section 2102.007 of the Texas Government Code.Scope of WorkContractor shall review, regarding the period from September 1, 2022, through August 31, 2025, the Internal Audit Division-s (IAD) compliance with the International Standards for the Professional Practice of Internal Auditing, Global Internal Audit Standards, Generally Accepted Government Auditing Standards, and Texas Internal Auditing Act.
