The O_HL/PZABA, Hill AFB Utah intends to solicit, negotiate, and award an F-16 HOUSING SECTION,FRI, NSN: 3010010712644YP FFP contact to the responsible quoter, whose proposal conforms to the solicitation, which will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government reserves the right not to make an award at all.
PROPOSED SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT ACTION: The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement.
