Project # / Title: LSGA239001, Construct Combined Weapons Facility (CWF)You are invited to submit a bid in response to our Invitation for Bids (IFB) entitled W50S6Y-25-B-A004 entitled F-35 Construct Combined Weapons Facility, at 125th FW JIA, 14300 Fang Drive, B10001, JAX, FL.
This action is being solicitated for Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 236220 and the Size Standard for Small Business is $45M. Project Magnitude is betw een $10M to $25M. Failure to submit an offer on all items shall result in rejection of the bid.
Solicitation and all inf ormation, notices, amendments for this solicitation w ill be posted at https://sam.gov Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. The Government anticipates funds will become available prior to aw ard as this action has been identified on the National Guard priority list. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid conforms to the invitation for bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price and price related factors. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available.
The Florida National Guard intends to issue an Invitation for Bids to award a single firm fixed-price construction contract to provide all plant, labor, new and current material, transportation, tools, equipment, appliances, supplies, services, permits, insurance, and supervision necessary to Construct the F-35 Combined Weapons Facility (CWF). In support of the F-35 Conversion, this project consists of constructing a 22,696 square-foot Consolidated Weapons Facility with a Hangar Bay for Load Crew Training, back-shops for Weapons and Release Systems Shops, admin/offices, classroom, break room, and restroom.
