- Bid Synopsis: QTY: 5,000 Size: 3-3/4” x 2-1/2” Ink: Black, 1 side no bleeds (1/0) Material: White vinyl with flood coat of PMS 186, Vinyl, minimum 2.1 mil, with a permanent adhesive with split backer. Usage: Decals are adhered to semi-tractors. The decals must adhere for a minimum of 24 months, non-fading, impervious to gasoline, road salt and cleaning agents. Finishing: Clear Coat Acrylic Laminate Package: Each package/carton must be clearly identified with the name of the product, purchase order number and quantity contained within each package/carton.
