Description
The United States Air Force (USAF) through Air Force Sustainment Center (AFSC), Tinker AFB 73145 is contemplating to procure services for the REPAIR OF THE F107 FUEL SHUT OFF VALVES (FSOV), NSN:2915-02-241-8855PV. The contractor shall provide all labor, facilities, equipment and all material to accomplish repair, test, packing, preservation and packaging of the F107 FUEL SHUT OFF VALVES. The work encompasses the disassembly, cleaning, inspection, maintenance, repair, reassembly, testing, and finishing actions required to return the item to a serviceable condition in accordance with the solicitation requirements and all attachments. A Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Requirements type contract with a one (1) year basic period and four (4) one-year options is contemplated. In accordance with FAR 22.1003-6(b), this repair shall be deemed to be a service and as such, will be subject to the Service Contract Labor Standards statute.

The Government intends to issue a sole-source solicitation FA8122-25-R-0008 on or about 16 May 2025 with a closing response date of 16 June 2025 and estimated award date of on or about 08 August 2025. (These dates are subject to change). This notice does not in itself represent the issuance of a formal request for proposal and is not intended to be taken as such. The solicitation for proposals will be posted to SAM.gov and attached to this synopsis when it is issued.
