Combined Synopsis/Solicitation - (IAW FAR 12.603) - FA8122-25-R-0025
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This solicitation is being issued as a request for proposal (RFP) IAW FAR Part 15. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2025-04.
The Air Force Sustainment Center Engines Section (AFSC/PZAAB) at Tinker Air Force Base, Oklahoma intends to award a firm fixed-price supply contract for the Remanufacture of the F108 Large Tip Nozzles. The contract will be issued for one (1) base year and four (4) one-year options.This solicitation is being issued as a sole source requirement to Woodward FST, Inc. (CAGE 65065). All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) for details.
Qualification requirements apply. Vendors responding to this solicitation are required to have an approved Source Approval Request (SAR) prior to award. Award will not be delayed pending SAR approval. For qualification information/source approval requests, contact the Source Development, AFSC/Small Business Office at: afsc.sb.workflow@us.af.mil.
