The requirement is to coat the R-panel roof (approximately 17,740 sq ft) of the bowling alley at Building B7115, Dyess AFB, TX. The contractor shall: Properly prepare the existing R-panel roof by power washing, scraping, and cleaning to ensure proper adhesion of the new coating; apply an 80-mil seamless, aluminized polyurea spray-on roofing system to the roof according to the manufacturer's requirements; properly dispose of all waste off-base in compliance with regulations and provide the Government with an accounting of the waste weight; obtain approval for the contractor lay-down area; and use exterior methods for material transport to the roof. Any damage to the building or grounds must be repaired. The performance period for this project is 90 calendar days. The wood shake shingle areas are excluded from this scope. - Documents:
