The 28th Contracting Squadron, Ellsworth AFB, South Dakota, has issued this Solicitation, FA469025Q0012, to compete and award a single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract using FAR Part 12-Acquisition of Commercial Items, FAR Part 13-Simplified Acquisition Procedures for the 89th Attack Squadron (ATKS.)
The projected Period of Performance is 45 days from issuance of Notice to Proceed (NTP). In accordance with Contract Clause 52.211-10, commencement of work shall begin upon receipt of the NTP and be completed no later than the date specified.
This will be a 100% Small Business set aside solicited under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 238210 with a size standard of $19M. To be eligible to compete for Small Business set-aside awards, vendors must be certified in accordance with current Small Business Administration (SBA) regulations.
Attached to this Solicitation Notice is the Standard Form 1449 named, Solicitation - FA469025Q0012, Attachment 1 - STATEMENT OF WORK_20FEB25, and Attachment 2 - Plans and Electrical Layout.
A site visit is scheduled for 28 February 2025, at 2:00 pm MDT, in building 1008, Ellsworth AFB. Interested contractors need to email the names of the visitors and the company name they represent to adriana.pingel.1@us.af.mil no later than 24 February 2025 by 2:00 pm MDT.
