The work includes all necessary finishing work to provide the Government with a final product that is fully functional and leaves no areas of the facilitythat appear incomplete or unfinished.A) Provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to repair the restrooms at B839 facility to provide support in restoring essential personal hygieneaccommodations for the (18 EMS) 18TH Equipment Maintenance Squadron. This project will reorganize existing female and male restrooms and locker roomslayout, remove abandoned obstructions to save space, add space for female locker room and provide new bathrooms fixtures and associated components.Replace lavatories, toilets, urinals, and associated fixtures. Remove/rework existing interior walls, ceiling, and flooring to add space for female locker room, andrepair corresponding electrical, plumbing, mechanical components/fixtures. Provide new interior doors with frames to support new floorplan. Paint interior walls,exterior walls, doors, door frames, and ceiling in the workspace areas.
