PROPOSED SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT ACTION: The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement.The government does not own the technical data to these parts. The technical data is owned by ELBITAMERICA, INC. All interested parties may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. The attached documents constitute all the detailed item information available to interested parties. The entire solicitation (FA8212-26-Q-0315) and any/all attachments will be made available only on the SAM.gov website. All current and future information about this acquisition, i.e. solicitation, amendments, purchase specifications, and questions will be distributed through SAM.gov. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up-to-date information about this solicitation. The O_HL/PZABA, Hill AFB Utah intends to solicit, negotiate, and award a DISK CARTRIDGE NSN 7045016270971WF FFP contact. The Government reserves the right not to make an award at all.
