The Federal Aviation Administration-s (FAA) Acquisitions and Small Business Program will host an industry day and procurement forecast overview on Wednesday, February 12, 2025, from 10:00AM to 1:00PM, EST. The purpose of the event is to provide industry with a better understanding of the process and decision making that occurs in the procurement process. The event will include responding to industry feedback received in areas including, but not limited to Forecasts, Communication with Industry, Solicitations (SIRs), and Debriefings/Protests. It will also feature an overview of the FAA-s procurement forecast including highlighting a few FAA Program Office areas. The event will be held in person at the William J Hughes Technical Center for Advanced Aerospace (WJHTC) located in Egg Harbor Township, NJ. It is the FAA-s intention to make a recording of the presentations available after the event. The FAA will not be held responsible for any unforeseen technical issues that may prevent the posting of such recording.
Registration is required for all participants of the event. There is no cost to attend this event. Registration closes COB January 29, 2025, or once full capacity has been reached. Registered attendees/visitors will be limited to no more than two (2) employees per business. Individuals who arrive without registering will NOT be permitted to access the facility. Even if a vendor already has an FAA-Approved Technical Center access badge, he/she must still register for this event, per the instructions below.
