November 20th, 2025 Update: SIR/Solicitation Amendment 0002 is issued. Please review the SIR amendment in depth. Note the three (3) additional technical documents added to the attachment section of this posting. Please also note that the proposal due date/time has been extended by a couple of days.
November 19th, 2025 Update: Redacted (PII) Site Visit Attendee List added to list of attachments. Also adding a secondary/alternate contracting officer POC to this posting. Please utilize this secondary/alternate POC if you receive an out of office message autoreply to an email sent to the primary POC about this SIR. Lastly, note that questions/RFIs are still under review.
