This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Fabrication and Delivery of Composite Bulkhead for Black Rock Lock (BRL), Buffalo, NY. The USACE Buffalo District is planning to award a contract for a requirement to fabricate and deliver a composite bulkhead to Black Rock Lock, on the Niagara River in Buffalo, NY. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code for this effort is 326199 ? All Other Plastics Product Manufacturing. This will be a 100% Small Business Set-Aside competitive procurement. Any offeror shall have the proper capabilities. Please be advised that this requirement may be delayed, revised, or cancelled at any time before award.
