We intend to award acontract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although wemay hold discussions with c1ompanies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.A site survey will be held at U.S. Consulate General, Dubai at 10:00 AM (local time) onMonday May 12, 2025. Interested bidders shall provide following details of their representativeto DubaiGSOProcurement@state.gov by 03:00 PM (local time) Thursday May 08, 2025. Copy of Emirates ID Name of CompanyAttendance is limited to only two persons per company.Last date of receipt of the questions is 11:00 AM (local time) on Wednesday, May 14,2025. Quotations are due by 03:00 PM (local time) on Tuesday May 20, 2025. No quotationswill be accepted after this time. Quotations must be in English and incomplete quotationswill not be accepted.
