Description
The U.S. Embassy in Panamá has a requirement to purchase a FAC - MULE (ACTIVITY VEHICLE) REPLACEMENT. Please note that this is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item, prepared in accordance with the format FAR 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued.
The solicitation number is 19PM0725Q0036 issued as a Request for Quotation.
The solicitation/contract will include all applicable provisions and clauses in effect through FAC Number/Effective Date: FAC 2025-05 August 7, 2025 (DEVIATION FEB 2025). Item to be acquired are listed in the documents attached.
F.O.B. Destination: U.S. Embassy Panama, Residence of the Ambassador, Manuel J. Hurtado St., La Cresta, Panama City, Republic of Panama.
Delivery date: Not more than 90 days after the award.
Warranty: Three (3) years warranty and must have a dealer repair/maintenance network for warranty and parts in Panama. If offeror is not in Panama the offeror must present a proof of joint venture or liability delegation letter to a representative in the country.
Specifications/ datasheet: Offerors must present catalog and specifications of the equipment offered, including accessories.
New equipment ONLY, NO grey market or refurbished products. Items never used and not altered in any way.
Award will be made to the lowest priced, technically acceptable offeror. Provide DESCRIPTIVE LITERATURE as part of the offer.
System updates may lag policy updates. The System for Award Management (SAM) may continue to require entities to complete representations based on provisions that are not included in agency solicitations. Examples include 52.222-25, Affirmative Action Compliance, and paragraph (d) of 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications—Commercial Products and Commercial Services.
