This notice serves as an update to the "Industry Day" announcement previously posted. The upcoming Industry Day event, which was originally scheduled to take place October 21-23, 2025, and subsequently postponed due to the government shutdown, has now been officially rescheduled.
The Event Schedule detailed below has been updated to reflect the new dates and times. The deadline for all registration forms has been updated to January 5, 2026, at 3:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Vendors who had previously submitted forms are requested to reconfirm their availability and submit the new registration form before this deadline.

Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP), Facilities Management Branch, will host an in-person Industry Day on January 13-15, 2026, in Washington, D.C. This no-cost event is open to all industry partners with capabilities in supporting critical facilities construction and maintenance, including but not limited to:
• Roofing
• Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (M.E.P.) trades
• Boiler/Chiller services
• Fire Alarm and Sprinkler systems
• Security electronics
• General construction services
