This is a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Air Force Test Center (AFTC) Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) Facility Exhaust System acquisition for design, procurement and installation of a new exhaust system at Arnold Air Force Base (AFB), Tennessee (TN). The Government intends to award a single, firm-fixed-priced, Requirements contract with a five year ordering period to meet this requirement.
Proposals are due by 2:00 p.m. Central Time on 16 May 2025 for the Past Performance volume and 2 June 2025 for the remaining volumes. Offerors providing less than 90 calendar days for Government acceptance after the proposal due date will not be considered and will be rejected.
Proposals shall be submitted electronically through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) at the link below. No other proposal submission method is authorized (see Attachment 4, Section L Instructions to Offerors).
