The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center, Pearl Harbor intends to solicit a contract for support services on the Island of Niihau, Hawaii. Niihau Ranch, LLC has private title to the island and has restricted access for non-island residents. The contract will provide facility support services for the Pacific Missile Range Facility (PMRF) on the island of Niihau, Hawaii. The services include: pest control; grounds maintenance; facility maintenance; fuel and oil support; generator services; helicopter support services; ground transportation; surface transportation; and labor support services. NAICS code 561210 applies. The contract term will be for one base year and two one-year option periods beginning 1 November 2025.
