Request for Information (RFI): This is not a solicitation announcement. Responses to this announcement will be used by the Department of the Air Force to support acquisition decisions. This RFI is solely for information and market research purposes; it does not constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) and should not be construed as a commitment by the Government or a promise to issue an RFP in the future. The Government is not obligated to pay for the information received from respondents to this RFI.
Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center (AFNWC) Strategic Communications Program Office is conducting market research to identify industry sources capable of Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF) Command Post Terminal (CPT) Terminal software modernization and long-lead hardware procurement to support the Evolved Strategic SATCOM (ESS) program.
The Government requests that all responsible sources submit a capability statement, which shall be considered by the agency, no later than ten (10) calendar days from the date of this notice posted to SAM.gov.
