The purpose of this amendment is to make the following changes:A. Resolve an Army's Contract Writing System (ACWS) malfunction which resulted in numerous duplicated Contract Line Items (CLINS), provisions, and clauses. It was not possible to delete duplicated content in a satisfactory manner. Therefore, to resolve this malfunction, the Solicitation number is changed from W564KV25RA002 to W564KV25RA023. "Solicitation/Contract Form Continuation" and"Addendum to 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Products and Commercial Services" shall be disregarded as it is part of the ACWS malfunction that could not be resolved. All applicable, attachments, clauses, and provisions will be listed under solicitation document W564KV25RA023 going forth.B. Clarify the Government's response to Question 38 (see Q&A document published with this amendment) to fully address not including travel and/or relocation CLINs.C. Add the following clauses/provisions:i. 52.245-1 Government Property.
