***THIS IS A NON-APPROPRIATED FUND INSTRUMENTALITY (NAFI) REQUIREMENT***The purpose of this project is to add 14 each recreational vehicle parking spaces to the Shaw Air Force Base Family Camp Site. The Contractor shall add an asphalt drive, electrical systems, concrete RV pads, water, sewer, and other various task as described in the Statement of Work.
IAW NFC 36.204 (d) the Construction Magnitude for this project is between $250,000 and $500,000.
The Site Visit was posted on the Presolicitation Notice for this requirement and was conducted on Friday, 7 February 2025, 10:00 EST.
