Description : The Hawaii State Department of Health (DOH) Early Childhood Comprehensive Systems Health Integration Prenatal to three Program (ECCS HIPP) seeks a qualified community-based, non-profit organization in Hawaii, to strengthen and provide support for the building and integration of family leadership at the systems level and sustain the collective impact approach to improve maternal health and early childhood systems approach and drive policy statewide: Families provide unique insight and valuable perspective for service system discussions, complimenting the input of service and agency providers. The vendor will develop appropriate pathways to ensure family leadership is supported and represented at state level discussions. This project work will also support inclusion of family perspectives to strengthen primary caregiver health and early childhood systems integration. This comprehensive approach can bridge the gap between the identified needs statewide, and the necessary changes to improve outcomes for Hawaii-s young children 0-3 years old.
