SUBJECT: SOURCES SOUGHT - 21 CES FIRE ALARM RESERVE SYSTEM (FARS) PHASE II and FIREWORKS INSTALL

The Peterson Space Force Base 21st Contracting Squadron is requesting information from interested and capable sources for the below:

CLIN 001 FARS Phase II: Provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision and other items necessary to perform the replacement and upgrade of network switches and Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) throughout the Fire Alarm System (FARS) including system hardware, firmware, and software in accordance with (IAW) attachment 1 Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Buildings: 1, 893, 982, 1156, and 2025 at Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB), Colorado. Conform to all federal, state, local requirements for Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) and applicable manufacture standards are required in the PWS.

CLIN 002 FireWorks Install: Provide all necessary personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation supervision, and other resources required to install the FireWorks System, including servers, computers, and software, within the Peterson Space Force Base (PSFB) and Cheyenne Mountain Space Force Base (CMSFB) fire alarm network in Colorado. Ensure all work complies with the requirements outlined in Attachment 1 Performance Work Statement (PWS), as well as all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and relevant manufacturer specifications.
