Description:
Bid Synopsis: The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources is requesting bids for the furnishing of live fathead minnows grade 11-18 with some of the following specifications: 1. Forage may be periodically tested by Department. (See specifications) 2. All forage must meet DATCP requirements including a DATCP approved FHC. 3. A valid FHC with diagnostic lab reports shall be provided with each load of minnows. 4. Forage may be purchased year-round but most will be purchased from June through October. 5. Bidders are not required to bid on all locations. 6. Award of a primary contractor will be made per location. (See method of award) 7. If a load is rejected, the Department may request a replacement load from the same contractor or from an alternate awarded contractor. (See method of award and FAQ for additional information) 8. 2025 Checklist Form shall be filled out by the contractor before the first delivery of minnows More details of these and additional specifications may be found in the following bid document. NOTE: Contracts are awarded for a term of one year, with no renewal options offered. Each Location will be awarded separately to the lowest responsible bidder. Questions are encouraged.
