Notice is hereby given that the Town of Northlake is now calling for bids for construction of Faught Rd Reconstruction from Old Justin Rd to Robson Ranch Rd. All bids must be sealed and response envelope clearly marked as follows:SEALED BIDFAUGHT RD PAVEMENT RECONSTRUCTIONFROM OLD JUSTIN RD TO ROBSON RANCH RDACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ADDENDUM, (IF ANY)Sealed bids shall be returned to the Town of Northlake, 1500 Commons Circle, Suite 300, Northlake, Texas 76226, prior to 2:00 PM, CDST, Wednesday, July 9, 2025 at which time they will be publicly opened and read. The Town of Northlake reserves the right to reject any or all bids received. The Bidding and Contract Documents may be examined or obtained on-line by visiting the Town Northlake-s Purchasing website at https://www.town.northlake.tx.us/487/Bid-Opportunities and clicking on the link to the advertised project. The Contract Documents may be downloaded, viewed, and printed by interested contractors and/or suppliers.Contract Documents may also be examined or purchased at the offices of Halff, at the following address: Halff 2601 Meacham Blvd. Suite 600 Fort Worth, Texas 76137-4204 The cost for Contract Documents is $80.00 per half size set. The cost of Contract Documents is not refunded. Submit check, cashier check or money order for payment. Cash will not be accepted. A non-mandatory prebid meeting for the project will be held via teams call at 10:45 AM, CDST, Wednesday, July 2, 2025.
