This RFQ is subject to FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds.
The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made.
This solicitation is following FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisitions and Far Part 19.5, Small Business. This is a 100% Small Business Set Aside, open market, brand name or equal, simplified acquisition.
The Government intends to make a single award but reserves the right to make multiple awards if in the best interest of the government.
