A. Project Title: Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) Redstone Job Order Contract (JOC).
B. This acquisition is a competitive 8(a) set-aside in accordance with FAR 19.8.
C. The Total Contract minimum guarantee is $50,000.
D. The total amount of this contract is not-to-exceed a monetary amount of $11.5M or a total term of 5 years (as extended through the exercise of options), whichever is reached first.
E. Please reference Section L, (Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Offerors) for proper preparation of the offer and to Section M, (Evaluation Factors for Award).
F. Proposals are due electronically to the FBI by Friday May 16, 2025, 4:00pm CST. Hand carried proposals are not permitted at this facility. Early submissions are encouraged. The Seed Project site visit will be held on Thursday April 17, 2025 at 09:00am CST at FBI Redstone located at 4942 Fowler Road, Huntsville, AL 35898. Please view the attached SOW Window Washing to familiarize yourself with the project prior to the site visit. Please ensure you allow time in your travel to obtain a visitor day pass from the Redstone Arsenal Visitor Center and the FBI Redstone Visitor Center.
