Notice of Intent to Sole Source Award75H709-FB25Q-005The Billings Area Indian Health Services, intends to award a commercial, sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 to AB Staffing Solutions, LLC. The company shall provide non-personal Radiology Technician temporary staffing services to the Fort Belknap Service Unit, Harlem, MT. AB Staffing currently has cleared and privileged techs at the facility that will ensure no impact to the continuity of patient care.This is not a request for competitive proposal and no solicitation is available. Firms that believe they can provide the software are encouraged to identify themselves and give written notification within 15 days of the publication date of this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this action is within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining to conduct a competitive procurement.
