The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) anticipates issuance of solicitation 15B50225Q00000039 for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Emergency CAB Chiller Replacement at the Federal Correctional Complex Beaumont, Texas (FCC Beaumont).
FCC Beaumont is a federal correctional facility located at 5430 Knauth Road, Beaumont, Texas 77705. The work to be performed in association with this project includes the following scope:
Emergency CAB Chiller ReplacementThe contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment for the Emergency CAB Chiller Replacement at FCC Beaumont. The project consists of the replacement of existing chiller(s) C-ACC-CAB-2-BMA York Model YLAAA0101HE46XCA with a 110 Chiller, job site cleanup and removal of all excess materials, debris and old equipment. The Specifications attachment included with the solicitation will provide complete requirements for the project. The solicitation will be posted at a later date.Any secure/locked documents uploaded with the solicitation will require an active vendor registration at https://SAM.gov as well as your Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN) associated with your SAM registration.
