- Description:
- The FCI COM component of the FCC Coleman complex is in need of the items below in NEW condition. FCC Coleman will only provide a loading dock for the receipt of the materials in order for this Description of Requirement to be achieved. All other items and expenses should be included with the vendor-s quote.
-2 EA Hexagon Decoder, item # QHW-NVD-5204-S2.
-2 EA Hexagon Recorder, item # HW-VR-9610-R6-80TB
-1 EA Hexagon Core/Sub Core Server, item # HW-VM-5000-CORE
All components listed above shall be programmed prior to being shipped to FCC Coleman. Equipment shall be programmed with the current version of the operating software so as to be compatible with the existing Qognify security camera system configurations for the FCI Medium.
-No other models or brands will be considered or accepted. Bidders providing alternative items will be rejected.
-Vendor shall include delivery to the address above in their quote.
-Payment for service will be made via EFT.
Vendor must submit an invoice to FCC Coleman to initiate the payment process.
-Delivery of equipment shall be between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday, excluding Federal holidays. -Delivery of equipment shall be addressed to: Casey Hobbs, Electronics Technician, FCC Coleman, FCI Medium. -Equipment being purchased under this solicitation are being installed into an existing security camera system of an operational prison, it is imperative the parts procured will easily fit into the existing space, existing system, and meet manufacturer's recommendations for replacement parts. FCC Coleman reserves the right to disqualify bids that provide materials that do not meet the specifications herein.
