FCC Hazelton requires a quantity of 4 each indirect plate and frame water heater plus 4 each pumps to accompany the water heaters. Vendors are required to have active SAM.Gov registration and to provide their UEI. A signed SF1449 must be submitted to be considered received. This requirement is for product ONLY. All quotes and bids are required to be submitted to Andrea Burke, Contract Specialist with FCC Hazelton at Ax2burke@bop.gov AND HAX-ProcurementProp-S@bop.gov. Quotes must be valid for at least 30 days after close of bids on February 3, 2025 at 2 PM EDT. Specific product requirements below and example spec sheets attached.
