Enclosed is a combined synopsis/solicitation package prepared by the Federal Bureau of Prisons Acquisition office. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution-Atlanta GA intends to issue solicitation 15B30125Q00000024. This solicitation is for the acquisition of CERTIFIED DIET (KOSHER & HALAL) food products for our facility. Our physical location is Federal Correctional Institution, Atlanta, 601 McDonough BLVD SE, Atlanta, GA 30315. This package contains all the necessary information for submitting a request for quote for evaluation. 100% restricted for small businesses. Food Service reserves the right to make weekly adjustments on quantities and schedule, if needed, based on institutional needs. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government intends to make an all or none award on the kosher meals but reserves the right to make multiple awards on the remaining items. The government will award to the responsible quoter whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, is considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered equally.
