Description:
The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Beckley, intends to issue a solicitation 15B10326Q00000001 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY CERTIFIED HALAL MEALS, FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin January 01, 2026, through March 31, 2026. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, Beckley 1600 Industrial Park RD, Beaver, WV 25813. The contract type is a Firm-Fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 05, 2025, and will be posted to the https://beta.sam.gov/.
