The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP), Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) Cumberland, 14601 Burbridge Rd. SE Cumberland, MD, intends to make a single award to a responsible entity that will provide the design, material and installation of a 12,000-gallon Above Ground Storage Tank(AST) with a monolithic 6” reinforced concrete enclosure, or equivalent for our emergency diesel generators. The concrete provides protection for both the primary and secondary containment steel tanks.
