Grease Trap Cleaning Sources Sought Synopsis

THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The information gathered from market research questionnaire will be vital in the formation and set aside status of the solicitation.
The Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for Grease Trap Cleaning Services at the Federal Correctional Institution located in Pekin, IL. The contractor will provide services in accordance with the attached Statement of Work. The Government contemplates awarding of an indefinite-delivery, requirements-type contract with firm-fixed unit prices resulting from the future solicitation. The contract shall consist of (1) 12-month base year with up to (4) 12-month option years and an option for a 6-month extension.
Market research is being conducted to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary. The Government will not pay for information requested, nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The Market Research Questionnaire will be available on or about, Monday, April 21, 2025, and will be distributed solely through General Services Administration's website at www.sam.gov. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation and/or amendments, will be distributed solely through this site.
Interested parties can submit offers/quotes equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible.
